It is really important that you stop trying to conceive when cleansing the body.  This is because as you encourage the body to release deeply held toxins into the bloodstream, a fertilised egg/fetus could then be exposed to them.  For example, you would never vacuum your bedroom just before you went to bed because it would throw all the dust into the air and then you would breathe it all in during the night.  Doing a detox is very similar, you need to give the body time to allow everything to settle after you cleanse before trying to conceive again so that you avoid a fetus being exposed to the same toxins.  So, if you cleanse for a month you need to stop trying for two months in total.
